We are seeking an energetic and effective production supervisor in Edmonton, AB, who will be front and center helping their team meet the daily production needs, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders. The right candidate for this Edmonton based production manager will be someone who will value each member of the production team, taking the time to engage, coach, motivate as well as set out guidelines for career development within the company.

There is a salary range for this production manager role of $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience but with exceptional benefits, perks and employee investment plans through training and advancement.

- Post Secondary Education
- 3-5 years of operational leadership in food services/production
- High focus on mentoring, managing and coaching
- Understanding of food safety regulations (GMP and Food Safety)
- Demonstrated delivery of LEAN projects
- LEAN Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement training is an asset(Six Sigma, APICS, Kaizen all an advantage)
- Critical thinker who has a voice in the decision making process
- Prior eCommerce operations experience is an asset but not required
