Responsibilities
Legal research;
Preparation of legal documents by dictation, copy or other instructions;
Conduct research and regulatory and commercial filings;
Ability to edit legal documents, presentations, letters and emails;
Review and translation as required;
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Updating legal and other skills;
Qualifications
What you bring
You have teamwork, a flexible and positive attitude, the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
In addition, this position requires a person with excellent organizational, communication and writing skills in both English and French.
You are open to the evolution of technology and have strong computer skills.
Prior legal experience is not required but would be considered an asset.
Other skills
- Proofreading and translation into English and French (oral and written);
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to multi-task and be resourceful;
- Records management;
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills;
Legal software;
Speech Exec transcription software or similar;
