    THE ROLE OF THE LOGISTICS AGENT:
    Depending on the needs, the LOGISTIC AGENT will vary depending on the time of year. Multi-task receptionist, manage transportation, coordinate everything, process orders in the computer system, receive calls with a combination of admin and logistics.

    Responsibilities
    The responsibilities of the LOGISTICS AGENT are but not limited to:
    - Process orders in the computer system and prepare shipping documents;
    - Manage the carriers;
    - Perform invoicing of daily shipments;
    - Processing customer returns;
    - Organize and schedule delivery dates in partnership with customer service
    - May be called upon to participate in various special projects (E-Commerce, Optimization of inbound and outbound transportation, etc.)
    - Consolidate information related to the monitoring of carrier performance (KPI)
    - Management and purchasing of office items and supplies;
    - Provide support for inventory management, purchasing, marketing, etc;
    - Primary point of contact for inbound calls (low volume);
    - Provide administrative support (filing, updating various administrative reports).
    - All other related tasks.


    Qualifications
    - DEP or DEC in logistics and transportation, administration, office automation or equivalent;
    - 2 years experience in a similar position;
    - Very good level of English and French, spoken and written;
    - Experience with SAP or any other ERP system (an asset);
    - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
    - Excellent stress and priority management skills.
