• 35-40 hour work weeks, 7 hours a day

Responsibilities
• Quoting and procurement of air import and export on a National level for customers, offices across Canada, including agents
• Handling of destination countries customs charges, duties and/or taxes -(Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDP) and Delivery Duty Paid (DDP))
• Maintaining and updating pricing portals, inclusive of origin and destination changes
• Ensuring National air templates are updated in the system
• Following up with any outstanding quote requests
• Customer profiling
Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Logistics Management an asset
• Minimum 1-2 years of air freight operations experience
• Knowledge of Canadian pricing regulations
• Fluent communication in English required. French proficiency considered an asset
