Responsibilities
- Provide problem resolution for customers and freight questions
- Verify all packages / LTL freight (overages, shortages, damages)
- Verify and process U.S. Customs documents
- Data entry of required billing information
- Ensure accuracy of bills of lading
- Enter freight invoices into system
Qualifications
- High school diploma, required
- Minimum 1 years transportation industry experience;
- Bi-Lingual (English/French) for Province of Quebec, required.
- Good clerical / data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
- Must be multi-tasked oriented and possess good organizational skills
