    Responsibilities
    - Ensure all customer requests are acknowledged within 15 minutes
    - Address customer’s satisfaction issues promptly, and elevate quickly when needed
    - Generating rate quotes, posting loads, searching for trucks, ensuring all needed information is collected from the shipper and enter into the TMS
    - Ensure pick up and delivery appointments are scheduled
    - Make sure all track and trace milestones are completed, if not supported by CSR, do all track and trace
    - Carries out all relevant tasks required by his immediate supervisor.
    - Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
    - Assures an optimal level of quality towards customer service
    - Establishes and maintains a good relationship with the vendors
    - Review weekly and monthly numbers with Operations Manager to ensure KPIs are reached, and training is provided


    Qualifications
    - Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar position
    - Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), load boards, and general logistics terms
    - Familiarity with transportation industry
    - Ability to grow within a computerized work environment and quickly adapt to in-house software.
    - Efficient spoken and written in English and French
    - Self-sufficient and dynamic, willing to obtain concrete results within marginal deadlines
    - Organized priority management skills
    - Ability to follow and comply with established methods and procedures.
    - Ability to be part of a dynamic working environment. Team player.
    - Outgoing and ability to develop good interpersonal communication with clients, co-workers and supervisors.
    - Great negotiating and problem solving skills.
