    Randstad Staffing, Canada's #1 Integrated Staffing Firm is actively recruiting for an experienced logistics coordinator for a client of ours in Goff's. This candidate must speak English and Mandarin.

    This permanent position is estimated to begin right away and the successful candidate will be responsible for, but will not be limited to the following:

    - Deal with administrative work for cross country trade
    - Review deliveries against orders
    - Review inventories and order as required
    - Other Duties as Needed.
    -Freight forwarding / logistics experience is required

    Responsibilities
    Worldwide shipping
    Tracking / tracing shipments.
    Co-ordinating with airlines / trucking to ensure smooth flow
    Ability to problem solve when issue arises
    Analyze and choose appropriate carriers
    Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate


    Qualifications
    -Logistics experience (1 year) is required
    -Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities
    - Knowledge of international trade; considered an asset
    - Proficiency with computers (working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
    - Self-motivated, responsible and detail oriented
    - Verification of invoices / payments
    - Fluency in English and mandarin
