Responsibilities
- Creating and updating client records and accounts
- Providing training and support to the sales department with tasks, projects, and issues
- Being the main liaison to sales representatives
- Managing official documentation; creating and updating contracts, credit applications, certificate holder requests, banking documentation, insurance, and credit application templates
- Assisting clients and responding to inquiries relating to invoicing, credits, rates, or records
- Dispatching projects to relevant sales departments
- Preparing and analyzing weekly or month-end missing rates for our divisions
- Assisting relevant departments with any other related administrative tasks and responsibilities as requested
Qualifications
- Experience as an Inside Sales Coordinator or in a similar position related to the transport industry
- Experience in official and RFQ documentation management
- Ability to multitask and be meticulous, have a rigorous attention to detail
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and projects
- Professionalism and good organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual)
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to learn new programs quickly
