Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing:
•Support and Maintain Notes Servers to ensure optimal performance with minimal downtime
•Investigate and resolve any reported functionality issues with the Notes Servers
•Analyzing, develop, and optimizing Server processes and implementing beneficial solutions
•Perform internal testing for fixes and functionality, and document test results and any
changes
•Provide estimates for the level of effort required to implement requested changes
•Prepare documentation and presentations for Developers and IT Management
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
•Post secondary education in Computer Science
•2-3 years of related work experience as an Administrator
•Experience with Lotus/IBM Notes R7 & R9 Servers
•Working knowledge of Notes Processes (LEI, Email, Applications)
•Strong time management skills to balance time between enhancements, fixes, and multiple projects
•Excellent analytical skills to analyze and debug the Servers and processes
•Ability to manage multiple requests and follow defined processes
•Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
•French is considered an asset
