This Lube and Maintenance Mechanic position in Ottawa offers you:
• Monday to Friday 6am-5pm
• Overtime: After 44 hours
• Weekend overtime available
• Starting wage of $24-$28/hr based on experience
• RRSP matching

• 2 weeks vacation plus personal days
• $500 annual tool allowance
• Specialty tools are provided


Responsibilities
As an Lube and Maintenance Mechanic Ottawa, a normal day would include:
• Conduct testing, repairs, cleaning and lubrication of small to heavy equipment
• Order and receive parts
• Complete proper paperwork and purchase orders
• Work with other mechanics to ensure jobs are completed properly and on time
• Work overtime, weekends and on-call when needed


Qualifications
Who is the perfect match for this position?
• At least 2 years of experience maintaining small to heavy equipment
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Own basic tools for the trade
• Clean driver’s abstract
