Are you a licensed Millwright, MTBI or Tool & Die Maker that can think a whole project through and visualize the end result working from engineering drawings? If you like to tinker and build things in your free time, then this is the job for you!
We are looking to fill up to 10 openings on a permanent basis. You will work on exciting projects, and get to travel to help with installation and training of operators, potentially travelling worldwide.

What will you be doing?

- setting up and operating presses, tapping holes
- assembling parts using a variety of hand tools
- using overhead cranes, forklifts and scissor lifts
- conducting test runs
- working from blueprints
- THINKING! This is not the same build time after time - you will need to use your background to provide feedback to the engineers and designers
- aligning, verifying dimensions
- assembling pneumatic and hydraulics
- maintaining a team-oriented atmosphere
- participating in team meetings

- you get to challenge your brain on a daily basis
- moderate to fast work pace
- core business hours of 9-4, and you get to choose how to make up to 44 hours in a week
- opportunity to advance your skill set and position
- work independently for supervisors who TRUST your abilities
- apprentices are eligible to use these hours towards their apprenticeship hours
- $25+ for apprentices
- $30 hourly for direct experience
- $32 for significant level of experience

- strong mechanical background
- willingness to learn
- ideally, you are a licensed Millwright, Tool & Die Maker or Machine Tool Builder (MTBI)
- posses a relatively clean driving record
- able to travel internationally (clear crim or relatively clear crim check)
- ideally, you have experience in automation
- able to read and interpret blueprints
- strong drive to get things done correctly and on time
- own transportation, valid passport
