Schedule - Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Day Shift - 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift - 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Key Qualifications
Skilled Machine Operation: Strong asset if you have experience with Wickman and Davenport machinery.
Setup & Tooling: Proficient in changing CAMs, Gears, and Tooling.
Blueprint Reading: Able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and Tool Layout Sheets.
Precision Measurement: Familiarity with a variety of precision measuring tools, including Calipers, micrometers (blade, depth), and gauges (thread ring/plug, height).
Cutting Tools Knowledge: Understanding of different cutting tools (form tools, drills, reamers, thread mills).

Responsibilities
Operate and troubleshoot precision machinery to produce high-quality components.
Perform regular maintenance and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal functionality and production standards.
Conduct inspections and tests to verify component quality and precision.
Ensure all components meet technical specifications and quality assurance standards.
Adhere strictly to company health and safety procedures.
Collaborate with the Machinist team to meet production goals and targets.
Monitor machinery processes to maintain consistent productivity and efficient workflows.
Troubleshoot and address machining issues through adjustments.
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.
Uphold the company's core values of integrity, teamwork, and commitment to service excellence.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge of machining processes, including operation, setup, and routine maintenance of precision machinery.
Ability to perform inspections and tests to verify component quality and adherence to technical specifications.
Proven ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Adaptability to changing production needs and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
