We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator who enjoys following process and quality standards. This role is Permanent from day 1 and is a straight midnight shift (no rotating) - the shift is 10:45 PM-6:45 AM Sunday to Thursday night every week.
The rate of pay will be considered based on your experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
• Be part of the function rotation between Assembly and Packaging
• Ensure that all assembly machines are operating effectively and efficiently.
• Set up and operate all packaging cells (Ohlson, Sprints, Jar Pack, Accucount, Batchmaster, Blister Pack
machines)
• Monitor machines for inefficiencies and minor troubleshooting.
• Daily and monthly preventative maintenance
• Articulate inefficiencies to Maintenance Technician and/or Production Manager in a timely manner
• Maintain high 6S standards.
• Maintain stock levels utilizing approved Lean systems.
• Compliance with all safety rules and regulations and report all potential/actual hazards to the manager.
Qualifications
• Grade 12 Secondary School Graduate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs occasionally
