The goal is to begin working as a machine operator and after your probation and training as a machine operator to begin training as a batcher where you will be responsible for batching materials for industrial production. At this time their would be a title change as well as a wage increase.

What will you be doing?
* set up, change over of tools
* run quality test and first offs
* operation of extruders, mill, sieve
* package and label finished products
Qualifications
* Solid machine operating experience- at least 1-3 years
* Ability to troubleshoot, work independently and as a team
* Willingness to learn, grow and develop within the company
*Attention to detail
* Heavy lifting required
*Industrial batching experience is considered an asset
