job description

Our busy client located in Ajax is seeking a Manual Machinist to join their growing team! If you like working as a machinist on a straight DAY shift then this is your spot! Excellent opportunity for more Jr candidates as well!

What will you be doing?

- Operate manual lathes and mills
- Monitor the feed and speed of machines
- Machine parts to specifications using shapers and/or grinders
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances
- Read and interpret drawings
- Other duties assigned
