Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual. This role is integral to the production and post-processing of high-quality metal components using cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology including 3D printers
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate metal additive manufacturing machines with precision and care.
• Perform a variety of post-processing operations, including:
• Powder removal
• Band sawing
• Heat treating
• Manual and CNC machining operations
• Ensure that printer components are accurately routed through all finishing operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive internal process documentation.
• Adhere to internal manufacturing standards to ensure that only the highest quality components are produced and delivered from the department.
Qualifications
• A college diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, CNC Machinist Technician
• Strong self-starter qualities with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for rapid prototyping and 3D printing, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines, including the ability to work weekends and afternoon shifts as needed.
• Experience in metal additive manufacturing is an asset, though not required.
