Are you passionate about the Banking Industry? Do you have strong MS Office Skills, have previous mail procesisng experience and can lift large boxes? Looking to gain further experience within a large organization? This may be the role for you!

We are currently looking for a Mailroom Clerk to support our banking client in Burlington with a 6 month contract.

Pay: $16.25/hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:30 am- 4:30 pm

Culture:
- Team of 15 (virtual), candidate will be working alone in the mail room at this location

As a Mailroom Clerk your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
- Mail sorting and delivery
- Postage of mail
- Data entry
- Courier processing
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- 40% walking 20 % processing 20% mail machine 20% other tasks

Qualifications
Must have:
- Strong MS Office
- Ability to be quick, mobile and agile
- Ability to lift large amounts of mail
- 5/5 communication skills
- Outgoing
- Mail processing experience and stocking service stations
- Organized and attention to detail

Nice to have:
- Experience dealing with external vendors such as courier companies
- Previous mailroom or warehouse experience

Education:
High school completed
