    Are you an experienced customer service, warehouse clerk or shipping or receiving clerk ? Do you like working in a corporates environment with a Fortune 150 firms?

    As a Mailroom Clerk you serve as a point of for receiving and sorting mails and packages and providing mail solutions as a business clerk. This position requires high level of organization and logistical experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.

    Responsibilities
    As a Mailroom Clerk, your responsibilities are but not limited to:

    -Deliver the mail and packages to the relevant department in the daily schedule.
    -Ensure all the packages to be received or delivered should be shipped same day or next day as an alternate based on consignee approval
    - Prepare the mail packages for shipment so that it is protected from damage or exposure
    -Check daily replenishment for any mail or postage supplies
    - Approve the mail invoices after careful inspection
    - Input all the data from receiving shipment or sending shipment to log all the details about the packages in the digital filling system
    - Handle filling records and documents that have confidential information as well
    - Accept any change requests by management through vendor management
    - Tight collaboration and consistent communication with clients, senior management and vendors for any requests or inquiries
    - Any other miscellaneous admin tasks as necessary

    Qualifications
    As a Mailroom Clerk, you must quality

    - High school diploma or GED required.
    - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse or logistics is mandatory
    - High level of organization and attention to detail is required
    -Proficiency with MS Office Suite land any other in house software
    -Strong communication skills , both verbal and written
    - Ability to lift up o 50lbs
    - Work strongly in collaboration with team with a warm and positive attitude
    - Basic knowledge of financial terms, invoicing and principles
