Job Title: Maintenance Clerk
Pay rate: $22/hour
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm
Location: Midland and Ellesmere Rd.

Responsibilities
- Data entries for the computerized maintenance management system. (CMMS)
- Entering all of the plant’s machinery, equipment assets into an existing system (HIPPO).
- Identify parts required for necessary maintenance efforts for both preventative or repairs and plan/budget for the acquisition of required parts
- Screen and approve all work orders for the operating department to ensure coding accuracy and issues are accurately described
- Generating work orders electronically and entering the yearly maintenance schedule.
- Provides administrative support to the Maintenance Department
Qualifications
- Relevant experience using maintenance management software programs
- Working knowledge of corrugated manufacturing equipment, processes, and language is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Tech savvy with Moderate computer skills
