Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance team members and coordinate activities
Provide instruction and guidance to maintenance team to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
Monitor maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on strategic planning and resource allocation.
(80% floor / 20% office)
Qualifications
3+ years in a manager role
10+ years as a licensed millwright or electrician (433a or 442a Required)
Technical knowledge of industrial maintenance in the chemical and petrochemical field;
Computer skills, particularly excellent proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
