Job Responsibilities
• Modify, repair or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity.
• Participate on major projects, installations and start ups
• Supervise outside contractors when on-site
• Inspect, lubricate, measure, replace parts in accordance with the PMS

• Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows all safety procedures (including lockout/tagout,5S, AIB, and other) applicable standards.
• Lead Maintenance Team by assigning tasks for both shifts
• Oversee annual and monthly maintenance budget
• Request training for Millwrights
• Weekly dashboard
• Schedule overtime for millwrights as required
Qualifications
• Minimum high school diploma, plus Millwright and/or Electrician certification
• 3-5 years experience in a Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright) position.
• Understanding of industry/process and/or manufacturing experience.
• Advanced mechanical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills
• Quality assurance and problem solving skillls
• Must have a good eye for detail.
• People-oriented and must be able to effectively communicate.
o Experience in Corrugated industry an asset
o Must be mechanically inclined
o Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic reading and computer skills;
o Safety, efficiency and quality are of top concern;
Wage: $36-38/hr
