Our client based in Edmonton, AB is currently hiring for a Maintenance manager with strong knowledge of Preventative Maintenance, CMMS, Mechanical/Electrical systems, and quality control systems within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
• 7+ years’ experience in a production facility in a
maintenance role.
• 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role in
maintenance or engineering.
• In depth understanding of the technical features of
electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry
systems.
• Strong knowledge of Preventative Maintenance,
CMMS, Mechanical/Electrical systems and quality
control systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning
(APQP), lean manufacturing.
• Experienced managing contractors and technical
repair services.
• Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L)
responsibilities for maintenance.
• Understanding of manufacturing and
procurement/supply chain.
• Computer skills includes MS Office Suite with strong
Excel and project planning.
Qualifications
- Licensed Trade Designation in Electrical, Mechanical or Millwright.
• High comfort level working in a fast-paced team
environment that is constantly changing.
• Pressure to produce tangible results and complete
projects within tight timelines.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Troubleshooting abilities to analyze problem and
provide solutions.
