In this role you will have an impact on…

•Installing, testing, removal, repair and service of a wide variety of production machinery and equipment
•Responsible for small machines, equipment and large store of parts
•Meet with and work with vendors, and suppliers
•New installations to preventative maintenance
•Recognize and resolve deviations, compliance issues, seek out and apply best practices
•Ensure the plant adheres to all government regulations regarding safe food production, ensuring the highest standards of food safety are applied plant-wide
•10 years of experience in a related field


You’re an ideal candidate for this role because you bring…

•Food processing plant environment is highly desirable
•Sound knowledge of HACCP, SOP’s, GMP, environmental safety, O.H.S.A. and mass production with the ability to provide technical support to the production
•10 years of experience in a related filed preferably in a meat processing environment
•Strong strategic thinking, negotiating, planning, organizational, time management, coaching and mentoring skills
•High level of professionalism with a strategic mindset
•Strong business acumen with a knowledge of trends and what is happening within the market
•Agile and comfortable adjusting to ever changing priorities
•Resourceful and able to think through a problem and knows where to find the answers
•Strong people-skills and a passion to build and maintain strong relationships
•Independent and thoughtful decision maker
