Permanent position
Monday to Friday - Daytime hours (but flexible to accommodate needs)
Salary: $110k - $115k a year (based on experience and certification)

Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Manager overseeing the Maintenance department, a normal day would include:
- Forecasting and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance measures
- Build up PM program,
- Grow and develop the maintenance team
- provide insight into coaching methods to improve feedback and productivity
- Lead through supervisors and the supporting management team
- focusing on the long-term success in supporting the production
- planning projects from start to finish with no oversight
Qualifications
What do you need for this position?
- 5-10 years of Heavy Manufacturing experience
- Trades or engineering background
- Project planning as well as policy & procedure implementation experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to multi-task
- Proactive mindset
- strong strategic and planning abilities
- Good attitude and consistent work ethic
- Car required
- Physically capable of prolonged standing, bending, lifting 40lbs, standing for long periods of time
