Responsibilities
To report directly to the Maintenance manager on an ongoing basis and communicate all relevant matters pertaining to the Millwright function.
Skilled functions utilizing hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, plumbing and mechanical expertise
Equipment failure through analysis, parts replacement and care of machinery
Repair any machinery breakdowns in the shortest possible time and make an analysis of the failure to determine the reason and prevention of a future similar breakdown.
Construct pieces of equipment and machine parts from blueprints and/or broken parts.
Participate in the installation of entirely new or re-located lines with regard to piping, air equipment, water and hydraulics.
Fully understand all Health & Safety requirements
Follow PM schedule
Qualifications
Grade 12 - High School
Millwright Apprentice
Looking for candidates that are completing hours. Open to all levels
Completed 3 mandatory courses by skill trade for apprentices
