An exciting client of ours in the Brampton area is currently hiring for a licensed maintenance tradesperson.

Responsibilities
- 75% preventative maintenance duties: replacing belts, motors, repairing gears, clearing blocked pipes, lubricate parts (bearings, etc), maintain furnaces & associated equipment
- 25% reactive maintenance duties
- minor maintenance on forklift equipment as needed
- fabricate parts using manual machinery (lathe, drill press, etc)
- record maintenance activities in maintenance log
Qualifications
- Skilled Trades certificate
- Mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to read and interpret drawings/blueprints
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge in situations
- Must have good written and verbal communication
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods of time, walking up flights of stairs consistently
