We have an amazing opportunity for Red-Seal Millwright for our client located in Oliver, BC. They are looking to add a Millwright to their production facility which is a full-service operation from harvest through to final distribution; operating all year around.

Joining a strongly motivated Maintenance team, the right candidate will be responsible for:

- Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs production machinery to ensure an effective maintenance system and achieve the highest performance of the production equipment
- Diagnoses problems and troubleshoots hydraulic and pneumatic systems for the production equipment
- Performs gas and electric welding
- Ensures that all work and inspections are properly documented and communicated, such as related work details, changes to the equipment and health and safety issues
Sets up and operates maintenance machinery.
- Conduct routine, a non-licensed inspection of facilities including fire equipment, boilers and effluent systems.

Qualifications
You must have:

- 3-5 years Experience as Industrial Millwright
- Previous Consumer Packaged Goods Experience Preferred
- Welding Ticket an Asset
- Level I or II First Aid Certificate an Asset
- Strong commitment to quality with attention to detail
- Candidate must be hands-on, dependable, and self-starting
- Good Problem-solving abilities along with basic logistic skills required.
- Teamwork and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally & in writing
- Ability to lift 55 lbs.
