Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role for the plant. The Maintenance planner is responsible to plan and coordinate maintenance outage and must adapt quickly to last minute changes.

Individual responsibilities
- Plan maintenance outages and facilitate review meetings
- Coordinate with maintenance/production teams on work scheduling and prioritizing.
- Process work orders, review backlogs
- Identify labor and material/equipment required for successful work order execution
- Work with purchasing to order necessary material for work order execution
- Understand, update, and become and expert user of the CMMS
- Assist stores in job kitting
- Budget estimating for outages
- On-call responsibilities
Experiences and strengths
- Champion of Safe work practices
- 2-5 years of relevant manufacturing maintenance experience
- The candidate must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under pressure
- Strong facilitator skills required for effective meetings
- Experience using MS Project, Excel and Word is required
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Must be a team player & possess a strong desire to work toward reliability excellence
