    The Maintenance Planner’s mission involves a strong focus on project management and the ability to produce a schedule for planned maintenance orders for work in progress and for planned shutdown work in order to meet operational objectives. You help to maximize the availability of equipment and workforce needed to perform maintenance work. Finally, you continuously improve and maintain the maintenance and reliability management systems up to date.

    • Ability to proactively address issues and problems by proposing solutions
    • Experience in Project management is considered an asset for this position 
    • A willingness to see improvement opportunities and make recommendations
    • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
    • Ability to carry out a number of projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities
    • Strong sense of responsibility
    • Ability work with various technological tools
    • Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
