Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
• Ensure that all staff work in a safe manner using all safety equipment and procedures
• Establish / maintain a PM program to avoid unexpected breakdowns
• Co-ordinate activities to meet production schedule
• Hands on troubleshooting activities with mechanics to support production schedule
• Involved in mechanical overhauls and upgrades.
• Maintain a spare part inventory system
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
• Trade certification as a Millwright (433a) or Electrician (442a / 309a)
• Previous experience as a maintenance manager in an automotive environment
• Knowledgeable in regards to the electrics, pneumatics and mechanics of equipment.
• Willing to contribute hands-on as part of a team environment
• Stamping and automated weld line experience
• Excellent hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
