We are currently seeking a fully ticketed millwright or electrician with team lead experience to be a Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing the maintenance team, and contribute to continued success.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Overseeing a team of four to eight maintenance technicians, including fully ticketed personnel and apprentices.
Providing motivation, coaching, development, direction, and support to the maintenance team
Ensuring that all preventive maintenance (PM) plans for the manufacturing lines are executed effectively, making adjustments as needed.
Participating (with guidance from HR) on all team reviews, growth and coaching practices (and be a part of any hiring or termination process).
Conducting performance management, including coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Approving and submitting time cards for accurate and timely payroll processing.
Being computer savvy and adaptable to new systems.
Supporting and documenting all training activities for maintenance personnel.
Collaborating closely with the commissioning team, being aware of inventory levels, and coordinating upcoming rebuild projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Journeyman (or red seal) Millwright or Electrician ticket, with the ability to sign off on apprentice hours.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address maintenance challenges efficiently.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.
Ability to effectively motivate and develop a team to achieve their full potential.
