Responsibilities
what your day will look like
- briefing meetings every morning
- making sure your team is aware of what they need to maintain and work on during their shift
- training and mentor the team
- delegate where needed
- deal with vendors and contractors
- work alongside your team assisting with breakdowns and PM's
- help with install ,run, and testing machinery
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes?
- looking for someone that is a licensed millwright or electrician
- 2 to 5 years supervisory experience
- working knowledge of computer and computer programs
- has a good understanding of stamp press machines, paint lines, roll forms
- easygoing and great communication skills
