The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor performs a variety of tasks in addition to some Millwright duties.
Responsible for directly managing a team of technically skilled maintenance members.
Experience in the steel/metal or recycling industry as a Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright or Maintenance Supervisor is an asset
Advantages
Day shift: 7am-3:30pm
Salary is between 90k-115k (base on experience)

3 weeks vacation to start
Responsibilities
Lead health & safety within the plant and ensure all employees are following standard procedures
Train and coach maintenance team consisting of Millwrights, Mechanical Helpers (Apprentices)
Direct troubleshooting of equipment failures to determine root cause
Lead repairs and completion of PM's on high-speed process/packaging equipment including PLC controlled packers/equipment, conveyors, and pumps.
Provide hands-on assistance and expertise on appropriate repairs, builds, servicing, fabrication & welding techniques as required
Knowledgeable on all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical maintenance on packaging equipment
Execute daily and weekly work schedules to ensure work is completed on time
Qualifications
433A Industrial Millwright License
3-5+ years experience in a manufacturing plant as a Millwright or Maintenance Mechanic
Knowledge and experience working with high-speed equipment and electric-pneumatic controls
Maintenance background should consist of conveyors, pumps, assembly equipment
Able to use both a MIG welder and ARC welder is required
Steel/Metal/Recycling/Waste-Management maintenance background preferred
