SUMMARY OF YOUR ROLE AS A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the proper operation of production machinery, and ensures that the maintenance team meets Management's expectations, Production's needs, and that maintenance and repair work is performed in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for:
- Scheduling corrective work, purchasing parts and negotiating prices;
- Supervise mechanics and contractors;
- Plan emergencies on the machines;
- Maintain equipment in good condition;
- Plan preventive work orders;
- Maintain schedules and budget;
- Ensure that his actions support the manufacturing and products with the

- Ensure compliance with food safety code requirements;
- Report any food safety issues to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications
You are a person known for his leadership, his ability to communicate and who thrives on challenges. In addition, you have the following skills and experience:
- D.E.P. in mechanics;
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Have taken courses in personnel management;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance planning software;
- Bilingual French / English;
- Able to work under strict deadlines;
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and teamwork skills;
- Good mechanical sense;
- Good ability to work with the tools necessary for his work.
