What will you be doing?
Scheduling day-to-day activities
Ensuring work orders are accurate and complete
Validate and perform regular checks
Responsible for 6 direct reports at this time
Hands-on working supervisor position
Direct and lead in everyday p[reventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Licensed 443A Millwright AND/OR 442A Electrician with supervisory experience is preferred
- Supervisory experience in a food or pharma manufacturing environment is a huge asset
- Leading by example and motivating the team
- Basic electrical knowledge with strong mechanical skills
- Ability to read and understand complex diagrams
- Ability to execute a preventative maintenance program
- Self-starter able to work effectively with minimal supervision
