Your Challenge

Working as a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the facility in both repairs and preventative maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

Mechanically and electrically troubleshoot equipment
Make necessary mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs on all the equipment
Conduct maintenance and safety audits daily.
Communicate information to fellow maintenance employees, maintenance manager and production employees
Complete necessary maintenance paperwork.
Be able to work with Continuous Improvement Projects
Maintain 6S
Perform all duties in a safe manner
Any other duties assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum three years experience in manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
Knowledge in all areas of electrical, specializing in industrial
Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of machine controls, Relay logic, PLC controls and AC/DC drives is required
Robotic experience
Initiative, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
When applicable, weekend work and overtime are mandatory
Must be able to pass a maintenance exam.
Previous experience with pneumatics, hydraulics and schematics is ideal
Available to work overnights - 11pm - 7am, including rotating on calls (1x month) with potential for overtime
