If you’re looking to take your background in mechanical or electrical Maintenance to a new level in a key role in a technology-driven manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

You will join our team to ensure the routine and preventative maintenance and installation of our manufacturing equipment meets our operating standards and quality measures.

Position: Maintenance Technician
Shift: Day Shift
Location: Delta
Pay: $$ Depending on Experience

About the Opportunity
•Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
•Respond to machine alarms and breakdowns as they occur, troubleshoot and identify the root cause and apply corrective action as required
•Identify parts that require replacement and submit requisitions for ordering
•Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for multiple facilities
•Install new and relocated production equipment and machinery
•Overhaul and modify current equipment
•Communicate with the production team and prepare and submit maintenance reports

•A minimum of two years’ experience as a technician.
•Red seal certified and a dual ticket is a definite plus.
•In-depth knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems maintenance, proven troubleshooting skills.
•Familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety standards and regulations.
•A vehicle to travel between facilities in the immediate local area.
•The ability to work as an effective team player and clear communicator; open to learning from others, sharing knowledge, and advancing innovation across the product life-cycle
