    Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced leader to join a major player in the financial services industry as their next Manager, Benefits Payment Office.
    The successful candidate has extensive experience leading leaders and has previous managerial experience in the financial services industry.

    Are you an experienced leader that is able to inspire and motivate others on your team? Are you a strong problem-solver and collaborator? Are you authentic, not afraid to speak up and KPI driven?
    Do you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and are able to make a positive impact in a caring performance culture while being customer-focused? Do you have a passion for coaching and mentoring your team?

    - Manage site operating budget and ensure adherence to compliance protocols
    - Collaborate with other site leaders to ensure consistent national delivery of service
    - Empower employees to make informed decisions that focus on the customer
    - Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications
    - 5+ years of experience leading operations and a big team within the financial services industry
    - 3+ years of senior leadership experience working in a fast-paced work environment
    - Strong change leadership skills, focused on building successful teams and empowering employees
    - Passion for mentoring and coaching while fostering a positive work environment
    - Creative thinker and has the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    - Must be able to pass a criminal background check
