Responsibilities
As a Corporate Accounting Manager for a public company, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Working closely with top management to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and management reports
- Supervising the annual financial statement audit by collaborating with external auditors and top management members
- Preparing financial documents for boards and validating compliance with IFRS standards
- Participating in special projects such as financing and business acquisitions by providing accounting and financial expertise
- Responding to accounting questions and offering decision support by collaborating with other departments
- Leading a team of accounting professionals
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting firm or in corporate financial reporting
- CPA required
- Experience in personnel supervision
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Bilingual
