The Manager, ESG is responsible to the commitment of Environmental Sustainability, ensuring appropriate controls meet obligations of employees, community and governing board, aligning consistencies protecting the environment, building and preserving natural habitats. This Manager, ESG is a Change Management champion with strong influencing skills experienced at leading positive initiatives.

• Ensure resources and funding are established; write project proposals and grant applications to pursue funding for environmental initiatives.
• Identify significant operational impacts and related business risks to initiate plans for meaningful change.
• Support evaluation of carbon reduction targets and implementation of energy, water, and waste performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify, gather, and analyze ESG data and prepare content for annual sustainability reporting in accordance with globally-recognized standards (CDP, GRESB, GRI, ISS, MSCI, SASB, Sustainalytics, TCFD).

Qualifications
• University degree preferably in Environmental Sciences
• Security Clearance required
• Credit and Criminal checks will be conducted upon hire
• Experience in energy management, energy audits, and decarbonization planning
• 7+ years experience leading sustainable business management, corporate governance, social, and environmental initiatives
