The HRIS manager will lead a team of HR Process & Technology specialists, as well as executive on change initiatives as well as driving process improvements. You will be responsible for both planning and implementing change systems as well as new functionalities, and any new systems or system enhancements.

Responsibilities
In this HRIS Manager role in Toronto, you will have the following responsibilities:
Implement our client’s HR process and technology strategic road map
Optimize HR tools and the technology used, and improve reporting & dashboards
Lead and mentor a global team of HRIS specialists & analysts.
Lead functional projects and configuration activities for enhancements, new functionality and bi-annual releases including analysis of impacts
Provide expertise and best practices on HR systems while partnering with clients to understand their pain points, prioritize any requirements, and identify any opportunities to improve processes.
Qualifications
In this HRIS Manager role in Toronto, you need the following qualifications:
Experience with HR systems, Certifications are an asset"
Team and Project Management experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
