We are looking for a Manager of Concrete Projects. This individual would be responsible for Managing large-scale concrete projects such as: Sidewalks, curbs, dolly pads for roadways, subdivisions and warehouses. Depending on demand you could have 30-40 team members reporting to you.

Responsibilities
- Managing a concrete division
- Budgeting for building forms for specific revenue targets
- Understanding of form sizes.
- Working with the Project Manager to determine timelines and costs
- Communicating with vendors
Qualifications
- Past field experience in the concrete industry as well as direct experience managing concrete work. (PM, Superintendent, or division manager)
- Experience with b2w and eclipse accounting software that would be a benefit
- Understanding of how to manage a concrete division (budgeting for building forms for specific revenue targets with understanding of form sizes.
- Understanding of concrete machines (gomacos).
- A willingness to embrace new technologies and new methods (we use 3d GPS on one of our gomacos)
- Understanding blue prints, grade stakes and gps technology
- Organization Skills
