Job Responsibilities:
• Creative Development - design and lead the implementation, including the creative development, of direct marketing, marketing communications initiatives and projects for assigned email triggers and campaigns. Collaborate with your team, marketing, business and channel partners to build successful integrated marketing campaigns to generate desired business results and impact. You will also be responsible for tracking results and conducting post-campaign learnings with key partners (agencies, business and channel partners) as well as managing overall budgets.
• Develop strong creative briefs, key strategic insights and executional excellence.
• Relationship Management - build and develop strong, collaborative relationships with agencies and key marketing, business and channel partners to deliver best in class direct marketing programs.
• Project Management – plan and implement all direct marketing, marketing communications for all lines of business across. You will manage the creative process in a large, multi-level matrix organization with several layers for approvals. You have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and maintain balance between the tactical focus on implementation and the strategic focus for new marketing opportunities delivering them in a timely manner.
• Support the planning and implementation of all direct marketing email communications for all lines of business, increasing engagement across the consumer lifecycle from onboarding through to retention.

What Project Will the Contractor Be Working On: The project is a creating and bringing to market a series of client engagement emails. Each person on the team has their own emails they have ownership of, each email is a project they manage end to end. The contractor will work with partners from the planning stage, creative development and approval, to execution. Multiple emails are worked on at the same time.

• 5+ years of experience in an agency of client environment
• Experience managing creative and marketing communications processes for all mediums including direct and interactive
• Financial services experience including knowledge of retail banking products
• Email marking experience producing client-facing communications
• Experience managing budgets
• Undergraduate degree - preferably for Marketing
