Position: Manual Electronic assembler
Industry: logistics and distribution
Address: East and West Mississauga Area
Pay: $22 an Hour
SHIFT:
- Mornings 7am- 3pm
- Afternoon 3pm -11am
- Nights 11pm-7am
This position requires you to do all 3 shifts. Shifts rotate every two weeks .

Responsibilities
- Loading raw materials (inks, paper, cardboard) into machines and monitor and control their flow
- Changing the dies, punches and knives on the machines
- Performing changeovers daily and weekly
- Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication of parts)
- Complete production records and reporting to keep track of production output and downtime
- Inspect products for defects to ensure adherence to company quality standards
- Lifting up to 30-50lbs depending on the material/product in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Basic English communication (written and verbal )
- Safety shoes
- - 1-2 years of production experience in a fast paced environment
- Production/manufacturing background is an asset
- Mechanically inclined
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication
- Should be flexible to work rotating shifts
- Knowledge and understanding of electronic assembly.
- Good hand tools skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Accurately follow assembly documentation and ensure specifications are met.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
