    Attention all Manual Machinist in the Mississauga and surrounding GTA area!
    I've recently partnered with an amazing company that manufactures parts for the aviation/aerospace industry and they are looking for an experienced Machinist.
    This company has been in the industry for over 40+ years and is a world leader in their aviation space.
    This is a PERMANENT full-time opportunity and a great opportunity to grow long term.
    IF you have 2+ years experience as a Manual Machinist, working with manual milling/lathe machines, and tight tolerances,, this may be the job for you!





    Advantages
    Salary range - $25-30/hr (depending on experience)
    Shift - Monday to Friday 6:30pm - 3:30pm
    Group Benefits Package - $2000+ Annual spending account, Safety Shoe allowance
    Vacation - 3 weeks
    Annual company events - Summer BBQ, Winter Holiday Party


    Responsibilities
    Complete daily production, tool, and fixture jobs, including machining rotors and armatures
    Work alongside Engineering team for design solutions and communicate production issues
    Troubleshoot machinery and production related issues
    Complete scheduled work in a timely and accurate manner
    Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
    Follow and Health & Safety protocols and report any potential hazards to the Production Manager


    Qualifications
    2+ years experience as a Manual Machinist
    Must have experience with manual milling/lathe machines
    Must be able to read manuals and blueprints
    Aviation/Aerospace industry experience considered an asset
    Mechanical Diploma/Certificate considered asset
    All industry experience will be considered
