Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end workflow and deliverables from third-party partners and internal execution teams.
• Manage the creative development process and ensure all internal approvals, including legal and compliance reviews, are secured for direct marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and support the overall brand image.
• Build and foster strong relationships with key business contacts, acting as a trusted and valued partner in their business growth.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on competitive engagement insights and integrate findings into marketing strategies.
• Leverage analytics to create measurable and profitable marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing for future improvement and maximizing marketing ROI.
• Provide ongoing communication and regular status updates on all assigned marketing campaigns to key stakeholders.

Qualifications
1+ years of experience managing creative and marketing communications processes across various mediums, including direct and interactive channels (Marketing Project Management).
• 1+ years of experience in financial services, with knowledge of retail banking products. Experience with credit card products is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in email marketing, specifically producing client-facing communications.
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring all costs align with estimates.
• An undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, or equivalent related experience.
Nice to Have Skills:
• 3+ years of experience working with an agency on creative development.
• Copywriting experience or familiarity.
• Understanding of the technical aspects of email creation.
Soft Skills:
• Ability to influence without direct authority and confidently share your point of view respectfully.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A self-starter with a strong ability to learn quickly.
• Capable of managing multiple email campaigns concurrently.
