Responsibilities
•Work with internal and external partners to create content and B2B brand communications
•Contribute to the planning and execution of high-profile events (in-person, virtual and hybrid) with an understanding of multi-media event production and engagement strategies.
•Write concise, well-polished copy for use in digital media applications such as e-news, social media captions and reactions, newsletters and event script writing
•Create high-quality stories, press releases, case studies, presentation content and web copy
• Measure and improve content performance by tracking and evaluating research, engagement, analytics, and profit/loss statements. Utilize Google Analytics, Informz and social media analytics tools to create reports & determine strategy.
Qualifications
•5+ years of content marketing or copywriting experience; experience producing content such as newsletters, online course materials, e-news, social media captions, etc.
•Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and social media channel deployment.
•Proficient in Microsoft Suite, working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Suite is an asset
• High level of competency in presentation creations, intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills (specifically animation).
