Our client is an agricultural parts and equipment distributor in the Waterloo area and is looking to hire a full-time permanent Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will assist the purchasing and sales teams with costing and pricing of products.
Prior experience in agricultural industry or knowledge of lawn and garden equipment will be considered a huge asset. Junior candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the company’s pricing and product files (for Canada and USA)
- Communicate and coordinate price and product changes with the branches, inventory management and suppliers
- Produce marketing brochures and price lists for dealer network
- Assist in development of company website redesign
- Coordinate various trade show participation
- Resolve Purchase Order and invoice cost discrepancies when required
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in dealing with pricing and market driven pricing data
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry or agricultural products is a huge asset
- Previous experience in marketing is an asset
- Experience in inventory and costing is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data entry skills and proficient using MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and Access at an intermediate level
