We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive Assistant to support the in a globally recognized accounting firm in Downtown Toronto. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 3 months assignment (with the possibility of perm), be paid $28 per hour.


-Manage the process for our brand and sponsorship portfolio. This includes tracking all sponsorships in
Salesforce, responding to inquiries, tracking high level sponsorships for approval with CLT, attending biweekly sponsorship committee meetings where sponsorship approval happens. Assist with admin duties
related to sponsorship programs, manage the sponsorship inbox
-Brand: manage the brand inbox and respond to all brand inquires in a timely manner (24 hours - unless
rush indicated), attend brand calls and brand team meetings
- Help build presentations for reporting on our brand in google slides
-Manage insite pages for Brand Experience team
-Work with the content strategy team to assist in managing our panel of writers - working in e-payables to
ensure invoices are put through and approved in timely manner

• Minimum 3-4 years administrative experience with a background in a marketing capacity, or strong Executive Assistant expereince
• Extensive knowledge in Google Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Salesforce.
• Post-secondary education in related program and/or equivalent work experience required
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Confidence inability to work in a highly technical and ever-changing work environment.
