    Are you a Marketing Manager with experience in the Building Materials/Construction industries, looking for a new opportunity in the Mississauga area, where you'll have the opportunity to autonomously manage, innovate for, and execute the B2B Marketing strategy, to support the organization in their aggressive growth goals? Are you an entrepreneurial individual, with a creative flair, and self-starter/innovative attitude? Are you looking for a hybrid role that will allow you to work from home 2-3 days per week while also giving you high energy, team focused on site work the rest of the time? If so, we want to talk to you! We're looking for a permanent, B2B Marketing Manager for a growing company in the South of Mississauga, in the Building Material/Construction space.

    We're looking for someone who would have expertise in Lead Generation and B2B Customer retention program management, along with general multi-channeled Marketing expertise. We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible (August or September). You would be working a 9-5 schedule, Monday to Friday, currently from home, but in a hybrid model in the future, with lots of flexibility around your hours. The focus will be on your outcomes, and ownership of the role, with lots of growth opportunity. You will be working within a Marketing team of approximately 5 people, with potential for people management duties in the future.

    Responsibilities
    Identify new and existing opportunities for partnerships to help grow the business, including trade shows, committees or associations
    Provide insights from market research on competitors, pricing, new technologies and trends in this space
    Provide insights in support of new product launches to help the business continue to grow
    Develop and manage customer retention programs to help with current and future client sales growth
    Develop and manage lead generation campaigns leveraging the company's CRM database and digital marketing campaigns
    Source social media influencers in support of B2B growth goals
    Develop and execute overall annual marketing and brand budget and plans
    Work closely with the Sales and Customer management teams, supporting them in growing customer base

    Qualifications
    7 + years of Marketing experience including at least 3+ years in B2B Marketing/Brand Management
    Experience in Construction/building materials industry
    Experience developing lead generation campaigns leveraging marketing automation and CRM systems (lead scoring, nurturing, database management, etc)
    Experience with developing customer retention programs, with the ability to think of outside the box initiatives to retain and develop new business
    Technically proficient including in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Adwords
    Exceptional communication and copywriting skills
    Entrepreneurial individual, with a focus on learning, and becoming an expert in their industry. Proactive, self-starter who will take ownership of their role.
    Willing to become an expert in their product line over time
